CONTINUING EDUCATION FORMS

Download the Accountancy Board continuing professional education report. (NOTE: This report, and accompanying supporting documentation, is required of every licensee who does not renew the Ohio permit by the appropriate license renewal deadline.)

CPE Sponsors: Download the Accountancy Board sponsor registration form. Sponsor registration is voluntary, but all sponsors who register should comply with the NASBA/AICPA continuing education standards.

CPE Sponsors of professional standards and responsilities courses: Download the professional standards and responsibilities course sponsor registration form. Sponsor registration is mandatory, and sponsors must submit complete course materials for all professional standards and responsibilities courses.
