The table below lists the results of the complaints filed by the Board for unlawful practice or false advertising that were tried in court. Several hundred individuals are also the subject of disciplinary action due to various compliance violations of a technical nature; those individuals are not included here. The Board also disciplines licensees for other violations through a formal hearing process.
